I think it’s very unprofessional to have your business open on the website but the actual business is not open and let the people schedule an appointment and have them waiting in the business is not even open so I had to pour experience at business so I will never use it again

I had an awesome experience! If you have natural hair AND are tender headed, this is the place to go. No snatching and no pain. In addition, after asking me what services I wanted, Chimere fully explained the options for my hair and what the services entailed. Furthermore Chimere is hilariously funny with a very welcoming personality. I highly recommend her shop.

I thought I had booked an appointment for my daughter's hair for the prom back in May. The salon, however, didn't take reservations. When I called, the young woman _seemed_ to take the reservation, but when we arrived, it was apparent that it was ‘first come, first serve.' Ugh!!! In a panic, my daughter and I went to Chimere Nicole. The owner was in the middle of styling another customer's hair, and she asked the woman if she minded waiting while she curled my daughter's hair? I was almost in tears. I was so grateful. I had been trying to save a few dollars, and I ended up giving my daughter unnecessary stress. The owner curled my daughter's curly hair beautifully. It was truly lovely. Thank you very much!!
