“We can't say enough good things about Navigator Stone & Fence! From our first meeting with Ed and Rachel until the day the crew pulled out of our driveway, it was a truly wonderful experience. They are absolute professionals -- thoughtful, patient, and flexible, and they were completely dedicated to making sure that we were happy with our backyard. And believe us, we are! Ed & Rachel listened carefully to what we were envisioning, and they made sure they made it happen! The crew that they work with is very experienced, focused, serious about their work, and they do amazing things. It is truly refreshing to see a group of people who work as an efficient team of skilled craftsmen.They removed our deck, built a landing with two sets of stairs and a railing, replaced and expanded our old patio with beautiful new pavers, and installed two different types of fence and three gates, one with a beautiful arched arbor. Oh, and the fence posts, railing posts and steps all include solar lights! The piece de resistance was that, upon our request, they agreed to put together a gazebo that we bought separately, and they built stone pillars to surround the six concrete footings for the gazebo's legs. Last but not least, they removed some ugly hedges and some tree stumps that were in the way of the new fencing, rearranged some flagstone we already had, and even used the extra dirt that was removed from the backyard to help even out our front lawn, which they raked over, seeded, and hayed to help it green up this year.We could not be happier with how this project turned out.
