Alex is a wonderful and a warm guy! He is very prompt in his replies. He gave me a great price and a great service for replacing my AC and condensor which died abruptly. He also replaced the unit within record time(compared to days/weeks estimate which other vendors provided") Very pleased with his team as well, they were very hard working and professional. they knew what they were doing! I highly recommend Alex and his team.
NICE is a company that'S extremely well structured. If you are used to companies being unorganized and untrained, NICE will drive you nuts to get trained for new skills and learn new things. Not to say that as a bad thing though; that's a good thing! They care for their employees and things have to be done one way. The managers also care about their employees very much.
