NICE is a company that'S extremely well structured. If you are used to companies being unorganized and untrained, NICE will drive you nuts to get trained for new skills and learn new things. Not to say that as a bad thing though; that's a good thing! They care for their employees and things have to be done one way. The managers also care about their employees very much.
