This company in Hainesport New Jersey was horrific. They damaged my carpet and took absolutely NO responsibility for it. After they cleaned my carpet, my carpet dried with red/orange stains all over the stairs, hall and bedroom. They did come out to try and rectify the situation however they could not remove their damage. They refused to provide their insurance stating that this was my fault and pre-existing due to “wicking.” They claimed it was food stains or a liquid spill. We do not wear shoes in our home or eat upstairs. How can they know what occurs in my home? Poor carpet cleaning service and customer service. It's a scam. They cleaned our 3 bedrooms and hallway in 20 mins. They say they shampoo the capets also but only steam cleaned. Both the technician and customer service rep were very unprofessional and rude when we wanted to discuss about a couple of issues we had during the cleaning and hung up the phone over us.Service: General carpet cleaning
