Years of hard training and sports, beat up my body. Coupled with insufficient stretching and the stressors of the years, a host of injuries and pains was progressively weighing down my performance and causing me pains.
Since working with Mike, miracles are happening – including meaningful improvements in my shoulder mobility and hip mobility; little muscles, tendons and ligaments are strengthening; and I feeling years younger. Furthermore, I’m able to dial up my training again, unencumbered by range of motion issues and injuries. Thanks, Mike – I’m feeling better every week!

I’ve seen Dr. Kirk for chiropractic adjustments and he’s absolutely wonderful. He’s knowledgeable and extremely kind. I also started seeing him for Softwave treatments and it has been life changing. I have had horrible plantar fasciitis for over fifteen years and in the past I ended up in a boot at least once every other year. Since starting this Softwave treatment on my foot, I don’t have to stretch my foot and ankle in order to get up and walk after sitting down. I could feel the difference after one treatment but after a whole series, it has truly been amazing.
My daughter and I love going to Heather at Twisted Scissors Salon. We love the one on one experience with no interruptions. Heather is the only stylist my teenage daughter has been happy with to cut her hair short. We will always go to Heather for her hair. My name is Damian Fray, and I have attended Kraus Karate Academy for many years. Throughout this journey, I have learned and grown significantly. Although the journey has been long and knowing this is my second time writing this, I believe I can summarize my experience concisely. It all started when I was in the fifth grade, attending my sister's cheer banquet. At the time, I didn't think I had any luck with raffles, but I entered anyway. The prize that stood out to me the most was a free trial class at Kraus Karate Academy. You can probably guess what happened next. Over the years, I worked with seven different instructors, including Mr. Kraus himself. Each of them taught me various skills and techniques, helping me to develop my own style. To my surprise, I eventually became an instructor as well, allowing me to teach a new generation of karate masters. That pretty much sums up my karate journey in a nutshell.
This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and organized. I will be returning that's for sure.
These guys are great! Quick response, honest evaluation, pleasant office staff. Fixed our old ac unit instead of trying to sell us a new one. Previously (years ago) they replaced our furnace for $3k the same day that a different company gave us an estimate of $11k telling us that our ac unit needed to be replaced at the same time as the furnace.

I wanted to wait till I had a few months under my belt to give an honest and accurate review. I started practicing at Bhakti Yoga in December and my experience has been excellent. The instructors are professional and encouraging and patient. They do a great job of connecting with the students, helping them improve. The facility is always clean and welcoming.
The gentlemen who came to do my dryer vent cleaning were polite and efficient. I was able to have an appointment scheduled within 48hrs which was wonderful because I waited till the last minute.

2 years ago I had my son use this driving school and he came out confident and a good driver. Now I used them again for my daughter, again zero complaints they picked her up as scheduled and then I had to reschedule and they accommodated us. Very nice always. Next year when my youngest has to do this you bet I'm calling them!
