Wendi not only got my college field hockey player ready physically, but emotionally as well. She knew exactly what to do and was able to read Jaimie and what she needed very quickly. She was amazing and I highly recommend her.

I honestly cannot believe the change my sessions with Wendi have brought to me.
My primary goal was accomplished…my frozen shoulder is “unfrozen”, and I acquired a lot of knowledge from Wendi in the process. My posture is better: one of my friends said I looked taller and thinner. I told her that I’m actually standing straighter because of techniques my Physical Therapist taught me. My workouts are smarter: I have learned to modify so I can complete the hour exercise classes with maximum results. My recovery is quicker: I became aware of the best stretches for my body.

After experiencing about a year of discomfort from a torn hamstring, I started PT with Wendi. Not only was I uncomfortable doing many routine movements, but my 'last straw' was the discomfort I was feeling after a long flight. After several sessions with Wendi, the improvement was dramatic and once again I was able to participate in group classes at the gym and able to walk down a flight of stairs without discomfort. Wendi is knowledgeable and she also cares about getting you back to your normal function. I highly recommend Wendi!
