I saw Tiffany for the first time yesterday with an absurd list of what I wanted: pix of hair from actresses 40 years younger and different from my hair type, firm announcement that I am awful with hair, etc. She was patient, kind, skillful, kept checking in with me and most important, gave me a cut and styling that far surpassed what I deserved with mixed messaging. I went elsewhere for my first spray Wednesday and it didn’t turn out good, I texted the number on healthy tan’s website on Black Friday and we worked out a game plan. They scheduled me SAME DAY! I went in and Alexis was amazing, talked me through what would be the best color for me, was completely transparent about the possible end results (because I had some color left from the Wednesday prior) and she gave me specific instructions for caring for my tan to have the best possible color for my event the next day. Alexis mixed the color for me RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, so no one size color which I love! I rinsed at 1am and my color is BEAUTIFUL! So even and bronze, I couldn’t be happier!
