“Without a doubt About Face is THE best and most diverse skin care treatment Spa I have ever been to. The receptionists are amazing and Naomi(owner) is a master at her craft and so knowledgable. I have the most stubborn melasma and have sought out treatments in other places to no avail. After going to About Face my melasma has diminished by 80%!!!!! Also, they have amazing products such as face wash, lotions and special creams which work wonders. “Wow! Where do u begin.. I’ve been coming to Lotus since 2016 and I have yet to be disappointed. Sam, the owner and all the staff are extremely personable. They offer wine or bottled water as soon as you arrive for your appointment. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere to be serviced in. I appreciate all attention to details. Sam makes sure to clean my cuticles and always offers sugar scrubs!

“The new client promotion is so worth it. Sugaring was different than I thought. I thought it was like hard wax process but it's not. It was so quick and much less painful than regular waxing. I've been doing Brazilian waxes for almost a decade and have a high pain tolerance. Stacy was so nice to explain to me about sugaring, and within 10 mins I was done! The office space is clean. I love that it was quick. I'll be back!!“
