Left a review on their website too but realized they only display 5-star reviews, so, here I am. Dr. Bratelli was very rough with my face, jerked my head around using his tools, and on top of that made snarky comments about the state of my teeth (which is not bad at all!) and procedures I need done. The hygienist also shamed me for my facial/oral fashion choices and spoke to me as though I was not a full-grown adult who knew the risks associated. What I can say is that the front desk staff were kind and helpful and the hygienist did do a great job cleaning my teeth. However, if you have some shame around your dental health or are sensitive about the way you are treated in medical settings I'd look elsewhere.
