Doorbell was not working -
I replaced the push button but that did not work and I couldn't find the transformer. Joe's guys came out on time and found the transformer (it was buried behind sheet rock). Turns out it was the chime that was frozen. Thank you so much Joe. Now I know when people are at my front door.
