Hot water heater went Saturday night. Pretended it was the 1800's on Sunday and figured out how many pots of boiling water it takes to make a nice bath. Turns out two big ones will do it.Called Mr. Neel at 8a.m on Monday morning. Had hot water before 12. They were responsive, fast and the installers were awesome! He gave me my options, I chose the new heater. I doubt I would have paid less anywhere else, I know it would not have been so quickly and professionally done.If I had known I could take a hot shower by noon, I would not have taken the pilgrim bath before they came.The lady that answers the phone was super helpful too. Had these guys come out to replace my cracked sump pump discharge line that was running through my front yard. They were responsive, fast, and competitive. The crew that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and did an absolutely fantastic job. If your looking for a quick response and clean work give these guys a call!
