Just wanted to give these guys a huge shout out! Had a main line clog they came out with the camera found corrosion inside the cast iron. Clear the clog and replace a section of my cast iron pipe. Very professional and clean!
Thank you to Mike and his staff for always going above and beyond to help. Late Friday we arrived home to find no hot water. Not wanting to go all weekend without water I called Mike who came right over and fixed the pilot light. However, we did realize that we needed a new hot water heater. So, Mike made sure we had hot water all weekend and first thing Monday put in the new hot water heater. MR Neel does an amazing job, they are professional, on time and do an exceptional job. John came today to look at two issues for me. He was polite, efficient, and explained how I could avoid the issues in the future. He also explained exactly what he did to fix the issues. Getting the appointment was a bit tough, but that was in large part due to my own weird schedule.
