Hard to tell with these reviews exactly which are fabricated and which are true. If I could give no star or negative stars I would. Just as others have previously described, the bald guy is genuinely nasty and completely unhelpful. Do not bother going there unless you enjoy being disrespected. Instead go to Hackettstown Supply Company which is less than a mile away and where they treat you like they appreciate your business.

Since they have closed their walk in counter and so are no longer assisting walk-in clients who need parts they aren't of any use to us. It's a shame, we try our best to support local businesses but we can't do that if they don't give us the opportunity to do so.

Worker was rude! Walked up from back and didn’t even come up to counter and asked what i needed from afar. He said go ask whoever you purchased the part from. Will never go there again or recommend to my network of people!! They should not be in business! No wonder there were no customers i. The place!!!
