I recently had the opportunity to connect and utilize the services available at Once Upon a Theme. I would like to say, first and foremost, that I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of service provided. From the initial consultation to the completion of the party, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail. We recently attended a birthday party at Once Upon a Theme in Hackettstown, and it was such a great experience! From the moment we approached the location WOW WOW WOW? the set up and decor and party decorations were incredible, every detail was so thoughtfully done. The kids were pampered from start to finish, and you can instantly tell how much care goes into everything, from the adorable robes to the beautifully set table.

I just wanted to say we had a party for my daughter the owners and place was amazing. I loved how everything was pink. Being that we are muslim the owner made sure no men came in to give us our privacy. Everyone was so helpful, kind and respectful. The owner Kirsis worked so hard with everything especially the decor and we all thought it was cute that they even had pink toilet paper in the bathroom. Can't wait to have another party for the girls that will make it easy and no stress on myself being that Kirsis does everything we asked for and more.
