I purchased a house and had lots of issues with closing dates. I called Garlick with 1 day notice and they scheduled me for 4pm on a Friday. Fred showed up right on time and did a tremendous job. Very professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with the service, beginning to end. Highly recommend!
