Just had a visit from Evan of GSS Chimney Inspection & Chimney Repair Services, NJ. He texted to let us know he was on his way, inspected our fireplace from inside the living room and chimney from the rooftop. He answered our questions and gave an "on the spot" ballpark estimate for the work needed, to be followed up with a detailed written quote emailed to us. Estimate was free, and he was friendly and articulate. Very happy I called GSS Chimney Inspection & Chimney Repair Services, NJ. I highly recommend this company. The Delbar team is fantastic to work with. We hired them for an addition and renovation to our ranch-style house, they added a second floor, huge master bedroom suite + luxurious bathroom with steam shower, extra guest room, renovated our kitchen, and finished the basement for the kids.Kevin thought of everything - adding in extra closets under stairs to maximize space. They were also able to add on a large bluestone patio and outdoor covering, giving us extra living space outside of our home. Highly recommend hiring Delbar!

Delbar Construction did a fantastic job this summer renovating my living/dining area into an open room with raised ceiling and beams. Kevin is so easy to work with and we didn't have a single suggestion or complaint about the job. Subs were all neat and considerate of us - work was A+!
