From the moment you walk in the doors until you walk out you're treated with warmth and respect. The facility is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. Dr. Terri explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 for me!!

Arti’s class was perfect and it was no accident. She read the room, set a perfect pace, explained things clearly and was supportive where she needed to be all while being kind and funny. Great class!

The yoga class I took with Arti was amazing! She is such a fabulous teacher and warm person. She teaches to every level in the class. It was a gentle class for hips and I enjoyed learning new ways I can stretch out my tight hips.
