“I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat“

“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.“

The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff's communication was spot-on and they clearly had Jacques' best interests in mind. Dr. East (as always , so compassionate) made excellent recommendations and spent a lot of time discussing everything with me. My rabbit Cinnamon was a rescue from poor conditions and Dr. Ledner and the team have ensured he is happy and healthy always. She always answers my millions of questions with grace, expertise, and ease, and performed his neuter so well that he was back up and running like nobody's business within 24-48 hours (though we told him to take it easy haha!). You can tell she really cares for her patients! When I first enrolled, they offered your first wellness exam for free! “We took our new puppy to Dr F, it was our first time at their office, and I can not say enough good things about them, from the young lady at the desk, the vet tech all the way to Dr F, he didn’t make us feel rushed answered all of our questions, very thorough and made us feel so much more at ease, and prepared when leaving will be recommending to all my pet families!“

“I Love Dr. Salas:) she is very sweet, always so friendly and happy to see my pet and me. She never rushes or feels bothered by my many questions and we have talked about many dog related topics. So the experience here has been good for the most part. I only wish that the office overall had better pricing. Maybe its because they are located in a well to do neighborhood and all the surrounding towns are also somewhat high end. I have spent quite a penny(lol) since I started taking my pet there more than 2 years ago as a puppy of 2 months. The spaying alone was over $700 not to mention vaccines, yearly physical, sick visits, and a whole host of other things for a dog that is now very large. I once told a tech that the estimate she was giving me was unfortunately a bit too high. She was nice enough to make a price adjustment by letting me know that a certain exam or vaccine was not necessary at the moment and i could do it later, so the price went down by a lot. But that got me thinking that maybe the exams that I am told about are not all necessary. I would continue to take my dog there but I want to try to find another place that is good and reasonably priced. As for the staff, some of them are very nice. But some of the front desk girls are either indifferent or don't seem genuine and I hate to say that bc they have never been outwardly rude but a person just knows.“

“The City Pets team are the absolute best in the city - they provided top notch care for our dog Cody in his senior years after vet visits became way too stressful for him. Other home vets turned us away because they couldn’t handle Cody’s many chronic medical issues, but Dr. Attas, Dr. Dalton, and their entire team welcomed him with so much care and compassion and helped add many many more years to Cody’s life. They helped us navigate countless health issues and emergencies, never giving up on Cody and helping him pull through every time. They always slotted us in when it was an emergency and were always very responsive, even on nights and weekends.
