Phil is the real deal! I felt so confident of his work throughout the process, he answered every question we had with precision and excellence! I HIGHLY recommend him if you need an inspector in NJ!
Phil was the best home inspector I could of asked for as a first time home buyer. Super patient with all our questions and throughly went through every nook and cranny of the home. He was able to explain all the information so me and my wife could understand. He went above and beyond after the inspection helping us with questions for our lawyer and what to ask for and what was and wasn't a concern. The platform he uses for inspections makes everything easily accessible. Couldn't recommend him more.
Phil did such a thorough job inspecting the property we are currently under contract for in Fair Lawn. He took his time to explain exactly what he was looking at, and summarized what he found after each section of the inspection. His reports were thorough, and he is extremely responsive.
