I am happy with the service we had from PuroClean. Steve went above and beyond to help me with the water leakage problems caused by my upstairs neighbors. Steve showed his patience and professionalism by explaining every step to me in details. He was very responsive even after hours. They also did a good job cleaning up after they were done. This PuroClean team was superb , to say the least. Steve and his crew assisted us with water damage from a frozen pipe and they were very experienced and professional. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They explained how there meters and gadgets worked and what the readings meant, and the steps they would take to mitigate and dry everything out.
