I was on a hiking trip, twisted my leg, felt a click, heard a pop and pretty much freaked out. Torn meniscus. I've been going to PPH and I'm back to hiking. Bridget and her crew are GREAT! If you need PT, this is the place!
The folks at the Leominster location helped me as no one else ever has. My therapists, CJ and sometimes Tina were amazing! They tailored my program to fit my needs and checked in frequently to adjust things to address specific or recurring issues. I can now say I'm pain free after years of chronic pain. I'm amazed, to be honest, but also so very grateful. They'll also see me if I need to address an emerging issue, if I have one, but I'm confident for the first time ever, that I'm healed from the nerve damage causing my pain. My physical therapist, Olympia, is terrific. She is very knowledgeable, a good communicator, patient, and kind. I’ve been receiving PT after fracturing my wrist. Now, nearing the end of my course of treatment, I’m very happy with my progress — the flexibility and strength in my wrist has improved greatly. Thank you, Olympia!
