Lowell/Edwards transformed our average home theater into something truly special. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. The knowledge of management combined with the professionalism of the staff makes the entire process painless. I have been involved with home theater and 2 channel audio for 20+ years and have had my share of bad experiences. I entered this relationship with extreme caution and was pleasantly surprised. Lowell/Edwards is an honest, responsive, knowledgeable company. As many of you know when you enter into true home theater you need someone to rely on for questions and trouble shooting. They were able to accommodate any issues or questions I had….. on my time. There was no days off of work or middle of the day conversations to resolve any issues (hopefully Lowell doesn’t get mad about me publicizing that point). Don’t bother him off hours if you don’t need to. And to address the issues, none of them had to do with Lowell and his team. I had a very difficult upgrade, again going from an average home theater to inviting the neighborhood over. The end result was nothing less than breathtaking. Regarding the end….. the Lowell/Edward team was ready to take every box/foam/plastic piece away. I ended up chasing them around asking them to leave some of the “junk”. You will have them arrive / transform your space / leave without knowing anyone was there except for the amazing sound/video system that is left behind.
