I will be forever grateful to L and J Appliance services! It was right before the weekend and my Subzero frig and freezer starting increasing in temperature inside! I called Land J and they couldn't send someone right away, but would send someone the next day, Saturday morning. They took all the information about the machine and understood the problem I was having. By 9am Jesse arrived and after examining the Subzero, went to his truck and brought back a new fan. It was installed in less than an hour and Jesse cleaned up and the sub zero was repaired!!!! I was leaving for an out of town trip and if the refrigerator couldn't be repaired immediately, I would... read full review

James renewed my faith in Appliance repair people. Professional, knowledgable, helpful, and an excellent disposition. Was able to troubleshoot the issue, assisted in contacting the manufacturer and then followed up with performing the repair, quickly and cleanly. I would recommend L&J every day of the year and twice on Sunday :-)
