Top notch experience. A must go to if you need a massage or facial. Best facial I ever received! Staff is wonderful, polite, and attentive to your needs. Manager Kelly is so helpful and really cares about the clients. I go once per month and alternate massage with facial. The membership is great. It’s no commitment and helps me afford to be able to go monthly. Highly recommend this location for either service. I’ve seen multiple massage therapists and they are all great.
Overall, Hand & Stone has a pretty good system in place. They have a variety of locations to choose from...we went to their Hackensack location over the weekend and the staff there were very polite and professional. The front desk employees were great, especially since they promptly contacted us when we left an additional gift card behind. The masseuses were noticeably well experienced. I would give this establishment 5 stars had it not been for the two following concerns. 1. There was construction going on above us in the building and you can almost feel the vibrating from the jackhammers since they were so loud. Reading the previous reviews I was very hesitant to join here but have had no issues at all The place is very clean and the staff friendly. I received a very good massage and was treated respectfully I wound up joining for once a month It's an excellent deal! No one has tried to upsell me or charged me more than what I asked for
