Acosta Inc does not seem to prioritize the well-being of their employees. They overwork them to the point of mental and physical exhaustion, then when an employee needs to leave on STD due to the large territory they cover and poor management decisions by the Regional Sales Manager. Their third party company, Matrix Management, hired to payout for STD, LTD and FMLA claims delays the medical review and the payments are untimely. Additionally, they refuse to cover any portion of the employee's health insurance premiums.
