Kathy will destroy your hair. Especially if it is textured in any way. They do not accommodate all hair textures even though they claim they do. They cut my curly hair wet, leaving me with a bottom layer of about 4 inches difference between the top layer. This was years ago. I did not return but decided to give it a second chance two years later. Bleached it way too heavy and caused extreme damage. Every time I have gone there, she has done nothing accurately to what I asked for. They bleached my honey-blonde hair to white blonde. She claimed my hair would be able to handle it, but after washing the bleach, my hair fell out in clumps. Kathy ignored this and still charged me a whopping $300. Save yourself your time and money unless you have straight hair. Kathy will do anything you ask for, and even if you ask if your hair will not be able to handle it in the sense of damage, she will do it regardless because it seems that all she cares about is getting her money. They will delete your bad reviews too. PLEASE save your money and find a GOOD, ACCOMMODATING salon that will have you leaving with a smile instead of tears.

Danny and Kathy are true Masters in their profession. If you want quality service this is the place to go! Clean and very welcoming. Absolutely love it here and I recommend you try them.

Been a customer here since shortly after it opened many years ago. I believe I was about 14 so I'm guessing almost 20 years ago. Danny and Kathie are awesome and I love both of them. Even when I've left the salon to go elsewhere, usually due to money, I always come back because you do get what you pay for. Kathie is a hair color wizard and aims to please. She's very nice. And Danny is a hair magician. He's quick, accurate and efficient. They always make sure you are happy with your hair. I like the atmosphere. Only thing is they need to dust a bit, update the lighting and fix the audio system. When Tsang opened it was an experience. Beautiful and relaxing and fun music, cool decorations and lightning. They've downsized with number of stylists and services offered (in the past they've had nail technicians and an estitithican). All staff here are very kind. Parking is sort of limited and the salon is on the second floor. There is an elevator though if you need it. The salon is closed on Mondays. I always look forward to coming here cuz I always feel good when I leave
