I would give 6 stars if I could. can't say enough good things about Sam and his crew. I started wanting my 20+ year old deck refinished but soon learned the wood was too rotted and would need to be replaced. The team was able to pivot when I decided to replace the deck with a patio I had been thinking about doing. The team had to pivot again when they found rotted wood holding up the house which had been hidden by the deck. They were able to repair the foundation supports as well as complete my beautiful patio with only a couple of extra days required despite needing to bring in different skilled workers.
