“SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. He was frank about the age of the heater and we discussed the possibility that it needs replacement, but he was honest and fair and said he could do a repair so I can get another few years out of it. I so appreciate the honesty and expert advise! Saki is not only reliable, thorough and knowledgeable, he's a decent guy! A real gentleman! I would not trust my Heating/HVAC repair and service to anyone else.“

“In response to my call, their A/C specialist (“FRED”) phoned me on Weds April 24th 2024, and was here before 8am the very next morning (Thurs) to inspect my split-type central A/C system. He quickly determined that the outdoor Condenser Unit (30 yrs old) and the indoor 'Coil' (20 yrs old) needed replacement. He carefully explained my various equipment options, and then gave me a VERY reasonable estimate. I put down a Deposit via my credit card. FRED returned before 8am the following morning (Friday April 25th) with the boxes of new A/C equipment (Carrier brand), which he temporarily stored in my garage. On Saturday morning (April 26th), FRED returned before 8am again, this time with a helper he called his “duct man”. They wasted no time in getting to work. I was impressed and amazed by the speed and efficiency with which they worked together. They were very hard-working, knowledgeable, and experienced individuals who worked seamlessly together. They completed their work MUCH more quickly than I expected. They left absolutely no mess behind them. It went up to 90F a couple days later, and saw that my Central A/C system is working like new again. Big difference. I VERY, VERY highly recommend Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC (here in Philadelphia, PA). They're as good as it gets !!“

“We called MC Best Heating and Air when our heater stopped working. Mark arrived within 2 hours, and repaired the issue. Recognizing that our current HVAC system was getting very old (24 years), we hired Best Heating and Air to replace our 2 zone HVAC system in our home. Their pricing was very reasonable (we got 3 quotes), and it was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated Mark and Steve taking the time to lay protective covering in my hall, steps and basement carpets, ensuring the least amount of mess occurred. Mark took care of all of the permits and the inspection was successful without issue. Upon learning that Best possessed both electrical and plumbing licenses, we hired them to do work in our basement. Again, Mark worked closely with the township, attempting to make this as painless as possible. He and Steve worked on rerouting duct work, securing electrical wires, replacing all recessed lighting, updated drop ceiling, among other things. This was a big job, and Mark was always very communicative, letting us know the status of the job. I would highly recommend Best Heating and Air.“

I called Joe and left a message explaining what happened. 30 minutes later he called me back to ask me for some more details, then got back to me about a half hour later with a price and a time slot for 9am the next day. His team came in I had a new heater installed and running two hours later. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and left everything as clean as they found it. I'm calling Joe next Spring to install some split units in my house, and I recommend you do, too.“
