I can’t not recommend Bergen IT enough! My computer, which isn’t that old, slowed way down 2 years ago. I kept trying to work through the slow down but it just got to a point where I said enough was enough! Recently, I contacted Bergen IT, not only did they respond promptly but we were able to quickly set up an appointment that fit my schedule! With Covid still around, I wasn’t sure what would be the best way to get my computer to them UNTIL they mentioned they can connect virtually to help fix the problem! AMAZING!! After an hour I feel like I have brand new computer!! I’m super grateful for their help and will be connecting back with them for any other tech needs!
