All of my questions were answered, they had the cartridges I needed even though my printer is pretty old. My laptop is even older and I was quoted a price and told that they are able to repair it successfully. They gave me advice, were friendly, helpful, I have no complaints. I will definitely go back to have the repairs done!!“
