Holly had my house under contract in 11 days!!!! She was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She came and helped me get my house looking picture perfect for buyers (things i wouldnt have even thought of), had all the necessary papers and info for an easy showing. I probably messaged her every day with a million questions and she got right back to me every time and eased any uncertainty I had. I don’t think I could have sold my house without her. There were 4 other houses on my block for sale and mine is still the only one that sold (2 months later) She knows the right price and the right ways to make it happen!
