I figured I'd check them out one day, and eventually called to schedule an appointment. The person who answered was very courteous and was able to schedule me for a sew-in. Constant updates leading up to my appointment, including updates when the stylist was running late (still in the chair within 30 mins of my appointment), which is something that I never experienced before at a salon.
