“The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. He pointed out another area on the front A-frame of the house which also needed attention. I appreciated the education and he even suggested that my son should come up and watch/video the work being done. Well, I started this post 2 weeks ago when I first got the estimate and I can now update my review with the latest information. I spoke with Mr. Kelley to say that I was ready to have the work done. He told me last week that he could get to me the end of this week (week of 8/15/22). Well C. Kelley Roofing did better than that. They came on Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. and got my top roof done. I needed am entire new roof laid down. They completed my roof around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and told me they would come back on Wednesday afternoon to do my front porch roof. “First, out of 4 roofing estimates, McHugh Roofing was the only ones to actually go up on my roof to see what the problem. All the others, including the inspector told me my roof was 20-30 years old, from what they saw from the ground. McHugh Roofing went UP on the roof and discovered it was only 10 years old. Next door's roof was leaking into our roof/attic causing prolonged damage, even leaking into the bathroom ceiling.McHugh did an excellent job replacing the roof and sealing my pitch roof from anymore water damage! They cleaned out and cleaned up my back gutter (which was in good condition) and installed a new front gutter plus installed gutter guards. Customer service was wonderful and payment was easy and up to today's standards. They gave THE Best quote and it was only $80 more than expected due to a single roof board replacement.
