I have always been happy with my medical care here. However, I do not recommend this provider because of the billing department. I have been here several times for my routine physical and blood work which is fully covered by my insurance. Every single time without fail they have used the wrong codes which has caused me to get a bill from the lab company. I have been fighting my latest bill for 4 months. I have talked to 8 different people (3 in person, 5 on the phone) at Union County Health Care Associates. Dr. Ali is an amazing Dr., He's very thorough, he takes his time with you and does not rush you out. He really does care about his patients. He does everything in his power to make sure you're healthy and taken care of. Staff is great, very helpful and professional.

Referred to Union County Healthcare for a pre-employee physical. It was a surprisingly good experience from start to finish. Pleasant people staffing the office: receptionist, medical techs, doctor. All working with expertise, patience, humor and professional attitudes. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you all!
