“Really good place and quick service. My only complain is the hours. Why is it only open when we work? If I didn’t have a regular job I would open the same exact store but open at 1pm and close at 11pm. I would literally take all the business away even I did a lousy job. Why open at 7am? I am at the gym in Manhattan at 7am. I feel like my clothes are held hostages now until the weekend!“

“I have been an Essex Green Cleaners customer for at least a decade if not longer. They have been nothing short of terrific every time I have used their services. They are extremely reliable as well as efficient. In addition, their prices are very reasonable. On my last visit prior to this review I brought in a hockey jersey that had a large stain on the back. I was unsure how long the stain had been on the jersey so I was worried that it could be permanent. When I picked up the jersey upon completion I checked the back of the jersey....and found nothing. The stain was gone as if it never existed. I let out a big sigh of relief and told the employee "Great job as always". “Peter and Jenny are very kind and wonderful people! They did a great job cleaning my wedding dress and were able to get all the mud stains out of the satin. They have wedding dress preservation boxes available, but I opted to skip it for now.

The cleaning was finished ahead of schedule. For anyone driving, there’s a small lot in front just for customers.

“It took me a few attempts to find a great dry cleaner in the area, but I have! I've been using them weekly for two years now. No one washes men's dress shirts overnight anymore, but they have the quickest turnaround of anyone in the area. They've done a great job with silk scarves (even stained scarves), wool sweaters (getting a stain out from cream cashmere was not easy, but they did it). I did have a shirt mix-up once (got the wrong shirt), but they fixed it the next day when I brought it back. People at the counter are friendly and they actually care about the work they do. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and service.“

Clover Cleaners hemmed the burnt area and even put a fresh pleat on the other side to make the coat look symmetrical. They did it fast and efficiently in less than a few hours.“
