I used to like the Angie's List site -- but not anymore! Instead of just giving a list of service providers, one now has to contend with a convoluted process which takes time and wants me to request quotes. But why would I want to request a quote from someone before actually talking to them? And I find the repeated txt and email push notifications intrusive and annoying. Am now thinking of just dropping the app/web site.

Tino did a wonderful job fixing an old staircase leading to our basement. He was on time each day of the project and worked efficiently and with great care and attention to detail. He was also a pleasure to work with, and had excellent communication with us throughout the process so we knew exactly what he was doing and why. He even took time to look at some other potential future projects around our house and give us his opinion on how he could help.
