Claudio is the very capable face of this company. He assessed the job, explained the repair process, offered options, and came in with a reasonable estimate. I commissioned two projects with this company recently. Both were finished and paid in full. I like the quality of the work they do; I don’t like their pushy sales tactics and agressive pricing. The patio job which I negotiated a price in the beginning was completed with very little surprise. A repair of the chimney job was turned into a replacement chimney job with 20 folds increase of price. I was busy that day. They told my wife that the chimney was in a “ dangerous condition, about to fall down…”; which scared her into signing an expensive contract ( 40%exceeds the market value by retrospect estimate ) .
