Pro One Construction, led by Meti and Luca, transformed my patio and pavement. They delivered on time, with impeccable craftsmanship that exceeded expectations. Their professionalism and eye for detail made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality outdoor improvements! I was happy even for the value as the did something extra and the did not charge extra for that. :-) and that did the service requested from me.
Claudio is the very capable face of this company. He assessed the job, explained the repair process, offered options, and came in with a reasonable estimate. I commissioned two projects with this company recently. Both were finished and paid in full. I like the quality of the work they do; I don’t like their pushy sales tactics and agressive pricing. The patio job which I negotiated a price in the beginning was completed with very little surprise. A repair of the chimney job was turned into a replacement chimney job with 20 folds increase of price. I was busy that day. They told my wife that the chimney was in a “ dangerous condition, about to fall down…”; which scared her into signing an expensive contract ( 40%exceeds the market value by retrospect estimate ) .
