If I could give a negative star review I would. They completed a bathtub reglazing at a rental property that I have. The glazing at the bottom of the tub started to peel so we contacted Martin to come back and complete the repair since this was covered under the Warranty. Long story short, he started making up reasons as to why the warranty does not cover this. DONT USE THEM!! See photos of the fine work they did.Service: Tile refinishing
Martin is a crook. Besides continuously pushing back the start date, I finally got one of Martin's guys out to my property. Despite assurances that there was a 10 year warranty on the first tub that he did, there was peeling within one week which he insisted was somehow my fault. The only reason his worker came out to fix the issue (and uphold the verbal "warranty") was because I paid him $100 to do so. The second tub had the same peeling issue within 3 months and he said it was due to my tenant's using a bathmat which was categorically false and proven to him. The results of the work itself- regrouting, recaulking and resurfacing our bathtub- was fine, and the workers themselves were polite and friendly. But they arrived ninety minutes late with no contact until I sent an angry text at the 60 minute mark. I was told we could pay with a credit card but when the work was completed I was asked for cash or a check. The quote I was given did not include tax so I had to rewrite the check afterward. Finally and most annoyingly, there is some sort of dust or film left on the bathroom tiles that is proving difficult to clean up. I will not be using their services again.
