Authentic Barber Shop

We brought our son here for a haircut and it was probably the best experience we've had at a barbershop. Our son is 2 years old and has been getting his hair cut at another barbershop, but each time it has been a different barber and it felt like us going there was a nuisance to them. We decided on trying Authentic Barbershop and were not disappointed! The barber took his time with my son and was extremely patient. The haircut came out awesome and the shape up was on point! Safe to say we found our son's new barbershop!

When I first moved to Garfield a year ago I was looking for a close barber shop to cut my son’s hair who’s 8. Well we found one a few blocks from home. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They also keep the place clean and tidy. It’s going on two years in August we have moved to Garfield and I have been taking my son here faithfully! My son has a “cow lick” as they would call it and it’s very hard trying to find a barber who can cut his hair accordingly to that spot and not thin it out or push his hairline too back. The owner is amazing with my son and he also has a young man by the name Junior who also cuts my son hair. I seen all the barbers and their work....read full review

A nice addition to the Harrison Ave. strip. Not only do you get an awesome haircut, but the conversation is engaging. The atmosphere is friendly and you can't beat the prices. Check 'em out fellas!
