Staff is always polite. Cannot say the same for another location in the area. Have been here maybe 2 or 3 times over the years for my sons glasses. Today the screws broke off during sports practice and I walked in before they closed hoping they can fix it. The gentleman was so quick and willing to do it. Didnt even charge me. I truly appreciate it. The ladies there were welcoming as well. Thank you. Customer service goes a long way.
This place was great! First time at the eye doctor since I was a teenager and everyone was super patient and answered all my questions. The lady who did the test was super nice and explained the entire process. The doctor himself was also very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions; I didn’t feel rushed at all. Stephanie, who helped me pick out my glasses had the hardest job of all— getting an indecisive person to pick something that I will have to use EVERYDAY. She was fantastic!
