I didn’t even know pelvic floor physical therapy was a thing until after I had my first son. I will definitely be utilizing this for future pregnancies to prep for labor and delivery! Mora has been great and I highly recommend!
I LOVE this place. They have solved my pregnancy pelvic floor issues and have me feeling strong and confident heading into delivery of my first child! I also attended Emily's birth class, it was SUPER informative and helped me answer a lot of questions I had before. Everyone here knows their craft well. Highly recommend Practically Perfect for everyone!
Wish I had found them sooner! Mora and her team of professional, compassionate, extremely skilled practitioners are truly incredible. I don’t know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy without them. I cried in my car after my first appt because of the amount of relief I experienced from the pelvic pain I had during pregnancy. Since then they’ve seen my husband for back issues, my newborn for latch issues and provided super helpful insight on potty training my 3 year old. They truly are a one stop shop.
