“On behalf of the Coppola Family i would like to express my very deepest appreciation and gratitude to all of the angels at Royal Suites Healthcare. My grandfather was admitted to the specialized Rehab Unit with multiple health issues. He was a patient for 3 months. During that time this team worked together to greatly improve his quality of life. His wounds were healed, his spirits were up and he was surrounded by support and kindness. The Admissions Department- Essence and Theresa were so friendly and understanding. They made this admission process run smoothly and answered all questions. From the very beginning The Director of Nursing- Harriet Medio’s compassion was unmatched. She is so caring and welcoming to all of the patients and their family members. The Administrator Jacob Fischer was always accommodating and very friendly to all. Seeing him making rounds throughout the day and checking in on everyone showed that this facility was very on top of everything. Social Services Dept - Heidi and Stacy were very supportive, understanding and thorough throughout this entire process. Barbara Francesca- the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and diligent with my grandpas care. The Rehab Unit Nurses, Unit Manager and CNA’s on all of the 3 shifts were all attentive and so kind. Their gentle disposition toward my loved one was greatly appreciated. Their empathetic nature and knowledge of care is second to none. My grandfather also enjoyed the way in which the nursing team made him laugh and feel special. The Rehab Dept was wonderful and was able to get my grandfather more active than he has been in a very long time. They are very focused on patient goals and work hard to meet them. The Activities Dept kept my grandfather very entertained and busy all day. Watching him happy and participating in daily activity programs was wonderful to see. The guest services dept, housekeepers, food service dept, front desk reception, laundry workers and all who interacted with my grandfather were all so professional and very kind. They also were fun to be around and my grandfather enjoyed interacting with the staff. My family is so very thankful for Royal Suites. You can tell that this team takes great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Royal Suites to anyone who is looking for excellent nursing care and rehab services. We are so thankful that we chose this outstanding facility to help us get my grandfather to where he needs to be. Thank you all for everything that you do each and everyday.
