PROS: A Nice 20 minute chair massage - feels great! Very convenient to get a massage here! Always helps when I'm having a stressful day or feel a headache coming on. LOVE when they work down my arms and hands, can feel the stress washing away! CONS: too much talking between employees during your massage and mall noise. Sometimes you will get a masseuse that uses her elbow or side of her arm too much and grinds on your shoulder blades --- if they do that, quickly stop them or you will be SORE!
