Always a wonderful experience. Appointments are always taken in a timely fashion. Staff is very friendly, and Dr O'Connor is the best! The prices are reasonable and the treatment protocols are conservative.

Everyone is so welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. Every interaction, whether in person or via phone, has been a pleasure, even if the outcome was a difficult decision. My dogs actually get excited when I tell them we are going to the doctor. Whenever they see one of the vet techs or Dr O'Connor they immediately run over for belly rubs and loving (while I stand there like "mommy who?? LOL). Thank you all for caring and taking such good care of my "kids"!

I have been taking my dogs to St. Francis for many years. The staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their fur babies well taken care of. ?
