The team from Mr. Rooter (Justin, Lukas, & Charlie) were very professional and it was very evident they knew their profession well. They were able to solve a very difficult drainage issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
I had TJ and Jason install a new water heater, and the service was outstanding! They cleaned up the flooding immediately and from the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. TJ arrived on time and walked me through the entire process, explaining my options and answering all of my questions. The installation was completed efficiently, and the work was done with great attention to detail.
They took care of all the necessary connections and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The area was left clean, and they even hauled away the old water heater for me. Pricing was reasonable, with no surprise... read full review
We had difficulty spot dripping at hotel property, it was time constraints to shut off water as live business, Joe the plumber ( remember Joe Mcanne used to say :-)) did a fantastic job and made job looks but it was really tough one. He finished work with very minimal downtime, Great work Joe . We highly recommend Rooter plumbing company. BTW repair cost estimates and price very good and delivered as mentioned before starting work.
