I called for them to fax a script for a follow up mammogram. They did not fax the script. I show up to the radiologist and no script. So the radiologist reaches out to the Monmouth family medicine to have it faxed over. They did not send it. I waited for an hour at the radiologist’s office just for my appointment to be cancelled because they did not get a script. They added to the stress of already being worried that something was wrong with the mammogram. This is a very poorly run office. I find that many Hackensack Meridian offices are poorly run.
1st, the receptionists are lovely and kind!!!!Dr Fellibrico is horrid. I have aflotoxin, a disease I will eventually die of with one of the most carcinogenic substances living in my body.I came to him for a script for a full body cancer screening and he decided to pick a fight over the words "terminally ill" with his point being I will not die soon of which he would not know as he is not treating Me for this. This was not only insensitive but unuseful to our 15 minute appointment of which I walked out of. I will now find a new doctor who knows the point of helping a patient and not debate club.
Hackesack Meridian is terrible when it comes to patient care. Doctors are required to see too many patients - doctors not able to keep up with test results and advise in a timely manner. They emphasize profits rather than care. They also send me all kinds of mails selling insurance but I never respond. They must reduce number of patients per doctor or else patients will have to find other place for family care.
