I did not really comprehend how I would walk out not having the desire to smoke but for the price I would try it. It worked! The laser Therapy was done on my ears and I walked out feeling rejuvenated, with no desires to smoke at the times I normally would. It is very important to follow the regiment after. I went about 6 months w/o smoking but relapsed during the holidays. That being said I was also taking a prescription at the time for ADHD, Adderall. If only I had stopped my Adderall prescription after the first session! But that's ok, some of us learn the hard way.
