Intake was fast, ladies up at the front desk were nice, informative and well mannered. Nurse greeted me nicely, asked appropriate questions and was kind. Physician, she was excellent! (Not to take away from anyone else, but this is the person we count on most in the end right?) Very curious, asked questions and listened and gave her opinions and suggestions and insisted on trying more than others have and was very informative and guiding as well. Great experience! Thank you kindly and keep up the wonderful work

Arrived at 9 and by eleven I was in bed with my prescription. Very impressed with the kindness of the person who came to get me. I am on meds and when the Dr. saw me she was aware of limitations regarding drugs. This means to me she looked at the paperwork and knew what not to do having no prior contact. She gave clear instructions in a timely manner. I say that because when you are unwell all you want to be is done. Good experience which I will consider in the future as my primary has cut his hours to 3 days.Nice to know I have an option that I am happy with.

I took advantage of going very early (8:30 AM) and was fortunate enough to be seen within 15 mins. Thruout visit, everyone was cordial and professional. I would definitely recommend.I've read other reviews of long waits, which I experienced in late December BUT it being flu season, did not consider that a fault of theirs. It was the nature of the spiked need. After a 3 hour wait in a very crowded waiting room, I still experienced good service and personal care. All I can say re: some of the negative words is that compassion and understanding is a 2-way street.
